Bar Hire Pricing

We’ll get right to it:

OUR BOOKING FEE IS £300.00.

For that, you get:

  • Hire of either The Horsebox bar or The Pallet Bar, fully equipped, stocked and ready to serve based on your choice of service type

  • Bartenders (exact number to suit your event)

  • Customisable menu, featuring all your usual drinks, plus up to 4 cocktails

  • Recyclable cup ware

  • Ice & Garnish

  • Licensing & Insurance

  • Glassware for your welcome drink & wine (for weddings)

  • The option to add on drink packages if you wish, such as a welcome drink, table wine & toast (we can provide a quote for this).

If you’re inside our 50-mile radius, there won’t be any additional mileage fees, outside this area a small mileage surcharge will be applicable.
