How Wedding Bar Hire Works
01 . Get in touch
Weddings book up 1-2 years in advance! So, get in touch as soon as you have your date & venue to get your date pencilled in. We will then guide you and help you figure out the rest!
02. Iron out the details
We can take care of every drink on your big day, or we can just provide an evening bar. Whatever you need, we’re here to help! We offer flexible packages & would be happy to create a quote for you!
03. Choose your bar service type
Choose either cash bar (guests pay), part-paid (you put a fixed amount behind the bar), fully-paid open bar (you pay for all drinks) or token bar (you buy tokens for your guests to use).

We cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire predominantly, but can also travel to surrounding areas.

Yes, our minimum guest number is 80.

Yes, you can. We are flexible on this and can help with as much or as little of the wedding breakfast drinks.

Yes, you can! Let us know if you have a favourite drink you want available on your special day, and we will do our best to make it happen!
